Our Story

Come Together Over a Smashburger

Scratch started with a handshake and a belief: the best burger you'll ever have should be built from scratch, every single time. No shortcuts, no frozen patties — just quality beef, a screaming-hot griddle, and the kind of smash that creates a crust you can hear.

Born in Poblacion — Manila's most electric neighborhood — Scratch found its rhythm among late-night crowds, weekend warriors, and anyone who knows that 1AM is actually a great time for a burger. We've since grown to BGC and Eastwood, but the philosophy hasn't changed one bit.
